#HouseTeamCutie

So, my dear few anonymous IP addresses that sometimes visit my website and virtually no one else, here's some Gab updates comin' atcha because the Internet still says it's a good idea for young, inexperienced, jobless fools like me to have a kept-up-with website.

I started my improv training in Philadelphia back in September of 2013, and I've been really fortunate to meet mentors, best friends, and teammates who've helped me gain some cute comedy legs. Over the past few months, I've gotten a bunch of chances to perform at my favorite theater -- with Office Hours, my indie team that had a month-long residency at PHIT through their Launch Pad program, as well as with the PHIT-run improvised horror comedy show, Stay Dead!, which was a blast. So I'm really excited that now I'm officially a company member at PHIT, and I cant wait to do the Harold with these hilarious babes every Wednesday night starting January 2015! Cool, cool, cool. Oh, also I'm a vegan now ? I don't know what details to include or exclude on this thing. It's like a blog but it's not. IS ANYONE READING THIS. Alright, goodbye.

D! C! D! (Improv 201'ers)

Yesterday was my improv 201 class graduation. 'Twas a blast. And this is a picture of all the hilarious cutiez in my class. Most of us will be branching out into an indie team soon, so check back here and I'll tell you exactly when and where we'll be performing. Also, I'm not gonna tell you what DCD stands for so get over it already. XOXOGAB

PHIT Improv 201 Graduation

The time is near (this Saturday!)

If you want to go to the Philly Improv Theater (PHIT) on Saturday at 3pm that would be s'cool because my buds and I are gonna be onstage doing improv ~comedy~ which should be v. funny and special and you should go OK but if you don't want to go that's also OK but don't make eye contact with me for at least 6 months.

If, for some reason, you can't make this one, my improv 301 class graduation show will be on May 10th. But in the meantime, me and a few buds are starting an indie team so stay tuned for more dates of performances.

xoxo GAB

Come see me at PHIT!

Improv at the Philly Improv Theater happens all the time, but on March 15th at 3pm, I will be onstage doing said improv for my 201 class graduation show so this is an invitation for that particular date and time. OK!

Come see me improvise at PHIT!

I'll be doing improv with some new Philly friends at The Shubin on November 10th at 5:30 pm as a part of my PHIT Improv 101 class graduation. Here's the event page.  The tickets are $0 because we're a bunch of small improv newborn babies. So come on down! It might even be funny! I feel like my sales pitch is going really well right now! Bye!

Gab gets accepted to UArts!

Welp, I've decided to ditch the Liberal Arts and get specialized. I'm going to art school, Mom!  No, really. "Writing for Television and Film" is the name of my new major. I start in the Fall. Wish me luck, Internet. Things are happening.

Gab Meets World

So I started a new blog.

Not only for the simple fact that the Internet needs more blogs, but also because I'm taking a class (just because) called "Social Media and Blogging".

It's called "Gab Meets World".

Let me tell you why: Thanks to Morgan Freeman, Science, and China, there are billions of people doing awesome, boring, weird, or disgusting things all over this planet. And where there's people to be met, there's stories to be told. So yeah, join me as I meet them all and blog about it.

Hello, Internet...

Testing, testing, 1, 2, 3....

This just in(!): I just created this website and I consumed a half a pound of sharp cheddar while doing so!

Other than cheese, I've been consuming lots of literature lately, primarily of the school-advertisement sort.  That's right - no more liberal arts for this debtor. I'm going to be a Television/Film writer, so whoever can teach me that best, that's where you can find me next fall.

News conclusion: things are happening.  This website is happening. So there's more content to come. In the meantime, here's something I drew that was recently published on the first page of The College of New Jersey's literary magazine, the Lion's Eye
